Physiokert Egészségközpont

What can we thank this clinic for? Actually, it's a pair of snow-white pants and the coffee that was spilled on them. During the Traumatology exam at university, the biggest shock was the coffee spilled on my brand-new snow-white pants. Zsófi came to help me out of nowhere, and that was the first challenge we solved together.

Physiokert is a space where personalized, caring and high-quality professional therapy is the focus. We specialize in manual therapy and physiotherapy, but we also offer massage. Our goal is for everyone to find the most suitable path for them to the joy of movement, regeneration and pain-free, active everyday life.

Who works at Physiokert?

Physiokert Health Center is staffed by several professionals – on the one hand, Physiokert’s own team, and on the other, self-employed individuals who hold their classes and treatments with us. It is a great honor for us that several external professionals have found this environment worthy of establishing their own patient base here.

OUR Services

Personalized physiotherapy programs help treat musculoskeletal problems, prevent injuries, and speed up rehabilitation. We work with each patient individually to ensure that the joy of movement becomes a part of everyday life again.

We use targeted muscle and connective tissue techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and aid regeneration. It is especially recommended for chronic muscle tension, sports injuries, or poor posture.

We use special manual techniques to help optimize the functioning of joints and muscles and restore function. Manual therapy effectively relieves movement restriction, reduces pain, and supports the maintenance of body balance.

Ellazítja az izmokat, fokozza a vérkeringést és segít a feszültség csökkentésében, ezáltal támogatva a regenerációt és a jó közérzetet.

Instrumental treatments – cupping therapy, floss therapy, kinesio-tape, Safe Laser and BEMER therapy – can additionally support regeneration, pain relief and muscle tension relief.

Temporomandibular joint physiotherapy examines the relationship between the jaw, chewing muscles, neck and posture. It can be useful in cases of pain, clicking, tension, difficulty opening the mouth or complaints during chewing. Since there are often several factors in the background, treatment is carried out in collaboration with a dentist, orthodontist, oral surgeon or speech therapist if necessary.
