Physiokert Egészségközpont

The concept of Physiokert

Physiokert Egészségközpont a Physiokert koncepciója

The clinic was founded by Judit Polyák and Zsófi Balogh with the goal of creating a professional community focused on quality treatments, personalised therapies, and a supportive approach.

Everyday operations run along the guidelines we've set together

Our clinic is built on an approach where human attention and professional thoroughness go hand in hand. We want to create an environment where patients are treated the way we ourselves would like to be treated. In our clinic, you’ll find a homely, cosy atmosphere and a friendly vibe – not just between patients and therapists but also in everyday teamwork among colleagues. We work according to unified professional principles, while everyone adds their own insights, studies and experiences. We’ve consciously built our team from people we like primarily for their human values, alongside whom professional development is a continuous and natural part of our work.

Modern, detailed condition assessment

The first step always starts with an assessment to get to know the patient and the history of their complaints. Alongside our 60-minute assessment, our clinic offers a 120-minute full body diagnostic, which includes the first treatment and provides a unique, comprehensive view of the musculoskeletal condition.

Our assessments also include the MOTI Physio movement analysis system, new in Hungary, which with AI support helps map precise movement patterns and understand the root of the problem.

During our assessments, the patient actively participates in the process. There are rarely opportunities for such a detailed, personalised analysis where every connection is considered. All examinations and therapy decisions are based on the individual’s condition, complaints, and goals. At the end of the examination, the patient receives detailed feedback on the observed discrepancies and their possible connections.

What do our surveys consist of?

  • Life path analysis – sports history, medical history
  • Posture analysis – mapping of postural asymmetries (Moti Physio plays a particularly important role in this)
  • Pelvic examination – palpation of key points in the pelvis
  • Segmental spine examination – we test whether the given joint is moving properly, or whether there is a blockage, or perhaps hypermobility.
  • Functional tests – how the body moves in everyday situations, movement and gait analysis
  • Special orthopedic tests – for more accurate identification of musculoskeletal causes and pain
  • Muscle tests – muscle balance examination – examination of weakened, shortened muscles

This detailed assessment provides the professional map on which we will begin the treatments.

our Passes system

The treatments are carried out in a transparent, traceable system.
We work with 6 and 12-session passes, which ensure continuity and development. We always check the results achieved by measuring them during or at the end of the therapy period. We also provide the opportunity to check them again with Moti Physio.

After the treatments are completed, we support the maintenance of movement with small group classes led by a specialist, so that the results achieved are maintained in the long term and movement becomes a natural part of everyday life.
